We’re a network of experienced sustainability leaders, thinkers, analysts, marketing strategists, learning designers, and creatives.

Our mission is to help the world’s leading brands be loved for their sustainability transformation and accelerate sales of sustainable products, without greenwashing or greenhushing.

CEO AND FOUNDER

Maddy Cooper has 20+ years of agency experience as a Founding Partner of Brilliant Noise and formerly as Chief Commercial Officer of iCrossing.

She has designed sustainability marketing transformation programmes for clients including Nike, Allianz and Barilla.

Maddy is leading www.marketingdeclares.com, a Climate Emergency movement, in collaboration with her fellow members of the BIMA Sustainability Council.

She has completed the Cambridge University Towards Net Zero Course, is an Assessor for the Cambridge University Sustainable Marketing, Media and Creative course, has a Psychology BA focusing on the role of memory and attention in consumer behaviour, and has an MBA from the University of Sussex, which focused on international mergers and acquisitions.

Maddy led Brilliant Noise successfully through the B Corp Certification process, and is leading Flourish from day one based on the B Corp principles.

The viability of humans existing on this planet rests on us taking action within this six-and-a-half-year window until 2030 – and that’s the most motivating clock in human history.

Lead the future

Businesses are only as sustainable as the products and services they put out into the world. Leaders need to take up the most important challenge of their careers, taking care to understand the climate crisis and taking action to make a difference.

Mean it.

Brands can’t talk about the climate emergency authentically if they’re not actively responding to it.

Stories start at home

How brands talk about their own organizations can inspire internal revolutions to attract and motivate employees.

Sustainability IS the story

Raise it up. Decarbonisation means species survival, it must be at the forefront of every business strategy and reimagined annual report, not a CSR initiative.

Know better, do better

Brands can’t bury old stories under new initiatives, or big-up the good things to hide the bad. They need to accelerate positive progress.

Measure what matters

As agencies we’re obsessed with measurement. Let’s measure and rapidly decarbonise, and encourage our clients to do the same.

Great power, greater responsibility

Every brand has a platform to communicate to millions and can use it as a force for good.

Create less, but better

All content creation pollutes – so be wise with energy, megabytes of storage, kw\h of power.
